Creative Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Content Creator to join our growing core team!

You possess superior creative skills (Creative/UI/Motion Design/llustration), and are able to translate high-level marketing requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional marketing content. As our Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the company’s creative vision forward, working with all company departments, including Marketing, Product, Content, and R&D. All marketing creative-related matters will fall under your responsibility, and you’ll be in charge of understanding our users’ motivations and needs and creating the visual and creative side of our storytelling.

Your day-to-day will be:

  • Conceptualize, produce and execute exciting creative concepts from start to finish.
  • Create static/animative ads, videos, and assets for websites, landing pages, banners, gifs, and motion graphics elements.
  • Initiate and implement creative solutions to increase the UA activity.
  • ​​Refine our brand voice through creative content creation across all organic social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Post and manage all social media channels.
  • Transform marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Use research and creativity to find market trends and ideas for content.
  • Supervise campaigns starring top content creators (influencers) and manage the creative process.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience (1-2 years) in creating creative for marketing in a B2C company – a must.
  • Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite – Primary After Effects, Premier pro, Photoshop & Illustrator. Figma, Sketch, WebFlow – an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating wide experience in Motion Design, Video Editing, and conceptual thinking.
  • An eye for a clean and simple design.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes and storyboards from briefs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-team cooperation and knowledge sharing internally and externally.
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written).

Even better if you have:

  • Native or mother-tongue English.
  • Experience and familiarity with the Gaming, EdTech, and App industries, with User Acquisition / Performance advertising and understanding of campaign objectives.
  • Experience in working with creators, creative agencies, and outsourced talents (influencers, video editors, designers) – an advantage.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Academic background in graphic design, arts or communication design, or related field.
