Head of User Acquisition

Loora is the first-ever personal AI English tutor, always available to talk about whatever you want, give you immediate feedback, and guide you on your journey to fluency.
We are looking for a Head of User Acquisition to join our growing core team!

You will lead the company’s marketing efforts in growing our user-base across the world by enhancing the company’s presence in all key performance marketing channels, as well as establishing new ones.
You will be responsible for building hands-on from the ground up the full cycle of our user acquisition process, including strategy, optimization, and analysis.

Your day-to-day will be:

  • Hands-on execution, management, and optimization of campaigns over a variety of online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Linkedin, etc).
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies – develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on results.
  • Analyze data daily to perform ongoing optimizations, identify trends and achieve KPI goals.
  • Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and communicate key findings to the relevant team members.
  • Work closely with our designers and product teams to build effective creatives for various marketing channels.
  • Keep up-to-date with the industry and platform developments.
  • Initiate and find new ‘out of the Box’ solutions to acquire new users for the company’s app.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience of hands-on User Acquisition / Performance Marketing for a B2C/Gaming mobile app – a must.
  • 1+ years of team leading experience.
  • Broad experience in multiple acquisition channels.
  • Good knowledge of iOS 14.5 limitations and solutions.
  • Sharp analytical skills, comfortable with analyzing large data sets.
  • Strong Excel skills (SQL knowledge – an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of tracking systems (such as Appsflyer).
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently, take initiative to find answers, and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written).
  • A ‘hacker’ and creative mindset.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in hands-on User Acquisition for an iOS mobile app.
  • Experience in app monetization optimization.
  • A passion for learning languages.
