Influencer & Social Media

Your role:

Loora is the first-ever personal AI English tutor, always available to talk about whatever you want, give you immediate feedback, and guide you on your journey to fluency.

We are looking for a talented hands-on Influencer and Social Media Manager to help us create best-in-class marketing and consumer-facing user-generated content and to join our fast-growing marketing team.
You watch Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube and have your own favorite influencers, brands and advertisers. You are familiar with the latest platform standards and best practices and can give us a list of your most (and least) ad campaigns off the top of your head.
You will also lead Loora’s social presence by planning, developing, and implementing social media strategy and respective content in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

Your day-to-day will be:

  • Managing all creatives done by influencers or creators from around the world for our ads, end-to-end:
    • Research and identify relevant influencers.
    • Reach out to influencers and offer them to create content to promote the company’s app.
    • Be responsible for the ideation and development of concepts for influencers’ ads.
    • Negotiate the terms based on the budget and pre-defined guidelines.
    • Support and proactively build strong relationships with past, current, and potential influencers.
    • Monitor activity, analyze performance, find areas of improvement, report ROI of campaigns, and identify ways to increase performance.
  • Running our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin…), and managing  day-to-day content operations across the social media channels.
  • Establishing and delivering a coherent social media content strategy to strengthen Loora’s growth, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Responding to all inbound inquiries across social channels.
  • Working with the company’s designers to create the best variations and recuts for each project.


  • Native English – a must (American native preferred).
  • Experience in creative or project management positions in advertising or marketing.
  • Experience in social media management and content management, with experience on TikTok and working with social media influencers (on all platforms).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. creators studios, meta, and Tiktok apps).
  • Sales and negotiation skills are crucial to your success.
  • Multitasker with the ability to handle multiple priorities/projects simultaneously and tight deadlines.
  • Strong in relationship building, communication, and negotiation. Able to work collaboratively across teams and connect with people in an online space. An ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Even better if you have:

  • Client management experience.
  • Experience with writing content for social media, email marketing, website/app microcopy, and social media video scripts.
  • Experience and familiarity with the Gaming, EdTech, and App industries, with User Acquisition / Performance advertising and understanding of campaign objectives.
