Product Data Lead

We are looking for a Product Data Lead to join our growing core team!

We are looking for a Product Data Lead to own end-to-end data-driven business and product analysis, from collection to insights. The Data lead impacts all data aspects of the product (Analytics, Tests, Visualization, Data engineering, ML) within a multidisciplinary team, influencing critical product decisions.
You will have a direct say and impact on the product strategy and contribute to transforming viewership data points into meaningful and successful events.

Your day-to-day will be:

  • Conceptualize, create, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and experiments.
  • Lead experimentation and A/B testing for the different teams in the company.
  • Analyze large data sets and provide useful and actionable insights and recommendations to the different teams in the company, including the Design, Product, Developers, and Machine Learning teams.
  • Take a part in decision-making and proactively guide the business growth and KPIs while working closely with product managers, developers team, and designers.
  • Initiate proactive as well as reactive data analysis.
  • Act as a focal point for data-related questions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product analyst/data scientist or any similar role – a must.
  • ​​Experience with data in a mobile-app B2C company – a big advantage.
  • SQL expertise.
  • Experience working with BI tools (Looker/ Tableau/ Data Studio/ PowerBI/ similar) and Google Big Query.
  • Gained proficiency in Python, R, or other scripting languages.
  • Technical “hands-on” approach in data-oriented systems.
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, usage, and user behavior.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • University graduates in a quantitative field/psychology.
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written).

Even better if you have:

  • Conducted user segmentation / churn prediction / funnel optimization in a production environment.
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models.
  • Strong statistical skills.
  • A passion for learning languages.
